These applications and tools can provide information about the network’s availability, signal strength and connectivity issues.
Mobile Apps will only work with the existing WIFI coverage to let you know where the dead spots are and the current throughput of the access points in those areas. They can help determine what channels are best used throughout the facility and this video identifies some of the better mobile app providers.
To get an idea of what WIFI 6 will look like the school or library will need an onsite or predictive wireless survey plus a full floor plan of the school or library to arrive at an 80% or higher accuracy rate. This video will discuss this in greater detail.
